We 2 friends stayed there in kodaikanal at hotel snooze Inn in the month of june 3days/2nights . This hotel service is good and also the main advantage of staying in this hotel is it is very very closer to the main bus stand and also to lake.

Worst Experience: little bit of service

The hotel was excellent. Booked room before a week by depositing the room rent amount in their bank account. Got a Snooze Inn type of room for family of 4. The room was with a double cot and they offered 2 extra beds.Good TV with more channels. Bathroom was neat with hot and cold water continuously. Room heater was available when we ask with extra rent. 5 mins walk from kodaikanal bus stand. Good restaurants nearby Snooze Inn like Suvai, Red Apple, Astoria. Good travels like AVL travels at the next door step.

Best Experience: Immediate change in room when i said it is not as expected to big room. As the room was not with room heater, when we had a need at night we asked them to provide as soon as i paid Rs. 250. Heater was fine for few hours. Due to power fluctuations we could not use after 10pm. So they got it back and next day got the heater rent back.

Worst Experience: power fluctuations was a bit disturbing but not to worst extent. Also good online booking can be made instead of depositing in their account. Response was a bit slow in confirming that room is booked for me.

Except the hotel room nothing was no good, especially no good room service at evenings, we have to get our own water from the tap and one main draw back is that there was no carpark and inside restaruant. other than that the rooms were good

Worst Experience: Hotel management wants only money. Room service very bad. Staff dealings very poor.

neat clean white bedsheets and white fluffy towel.staff tries to please. no food or drink but right outside the hotel all things available

Best Experience: the taxi driver who accompanied me was given bed and blankets.he was comfortablly taken care of i felt cold with 2 blankets.pronto a 3rd was given to me
