MGM Vailankanni Residency Reviews

We enjoyed the stay at MGM. Room was neat & comfortable. We had to go down to reception desk everytime we required room service assistance as no one is attending room service telephone. Swimming Pool experience was really thrilling.

Good clean rooms & thats about it ! Compared to the \'glorified lodges\' operating as hotels in Velankanni, this one stands out for spacious rooms.. However service is pathetic - always delayed, inexperienced. There is a name sake pool - dont look usable. No kids facility as they claim - unless you call walls painted with pictures of elephants and tigers as recreation for kids !!

Worst Experience: All your service request - room service, housekeeping - will require at least 3-4 reminders to get activated.

The hotel ambience, location was excellent. The staff were friendly with impeccable manners & room and restaurant service were excellent too! But it would be great if the Management could consider 24 hour check-in & check-out!

Best Experience: We enjoyed the peacefulness and ofcourse my son just loved the pool!!

Worst Experience: One of the rooms we had stayed in was not up to the standard. The AC was not working that well.
