We had a great 3 days holiday at Mahabaleshwar. The hotel management need to see regarding the variety of food especially deserts and specially in festive season (diwali) when the tariff is 3 times. Overall Very Good Experience. Hats off for the Service Part.. Excellent Keep it up.

Best Experience: The Evening entertainment team was at their best and is definitely a memorable experience for us and our kids too.

Worst Experience: Nothing...except they charged for my two year old kid. :-)

"I have stayed in this..."

I have stayed in this Hotel with my wife. The location and surroundings was excellent. You will get mind blowing view of Nature and vally from your room as well as hotel lawn. Only problem we have faced was about service and food. We found leakage in our Bathroom, which was not attented properly by the Hotel staffs. But the overall experience was good, and you can think about this hotel for Family Holiday.

Best Experience: Served Fruit Basket in the room

Worst Experience: Found Water leakage in Bathroom

"We liked the place and..."

We liked the place and as well the resort. The food was good and the staff are courteous. The approach to the resort is not very appealing becaz it is a narrow road with hutments. This disadvantage is compensated by the resort which is clean and well maintained. The hotel is closer to the market.

Best Experience: The dinner was arranged in the lawns overlooking the valley. That is a good experience.

Worst Experience: It so happened that I was fasting one day while staying in the resort and requested for a sago dish to be prepared and served in the night as that is the only food I am allowed to parttake. I was eagerly waiting while others were hogging delicious food but alas they forgot about my special request and later served the dish which I couldnot relish becaz it was not edible. Being in Maharashtra state I expected a good sabudana khichidi but in vain.
