We stayed there from 14th October to 16th Oct with 20 nos of family members (yes, 20 family member) The rooms (we booked 6 rooms + extra beds) we had was good and clean with view, Out from crowed M.G Road but not too far.

Best Experience: the best thing i found about this Hotel is the staff & (front-desk) management. They really good.

Worst Experience: nothing

Recently visited Sikkim and stayed in Sai Kripa...it was total value for money. We had a very comfortable stay in the hotel....specially Mr.Suman Mukherjee arranged our tour in a very organized manner. We also visited Pelling & Lachung and stayed in Rabdentse Residency in Pelling and Tashi Yankheel in Lachung property run by Mr.Suman himself. It was awesome...

Best Experience: A very homely atmosphere..

Overall experience of Sikkim was memorable. The city neat and clean, greenery everywhere, each morning was a new day for us. The people were very warm and hospitable. We had no problem during our travel except one two minor hiccups.

Best Experience: Each and every moments we spent in Tsomgo Lake and Yumthang Valley shall always remain with us. The snow clad mountains surrounding us was amazing. Another best experience was during our stay at Lachung. While traveling from Gangtok, the food stuff was packed by our Hotel boy. After reaching Lachung, we refreshed ourselves. After sometimes, a hotel boy came and enquired about Atta \'Driver atta leke chalag gaya!\'. We were surprised to hear this - so for dinner we had rice but no roti!. Next day morning the driver returned it which he was also not aware of.

Worst Experience: There was no worst experience during our stay.

We were three families with young children and we have been provided superb rooms and room service was best. - It\'s little far from main market (M.G. Marg) but you can get a taxi very easily for normal Rs10/person from doorstep of hotel. - Restaurant and food is very good. - Mr. Chakraborty, Manager is very kind and supportive. - Owner - Mr. Suman Mukherjee supported and treated us very well during our whole trip. I strongly recommend anyone who is planning to visit Gangtok. Even Mr. Suman manages complete tour of Sikkim including Gangtok, Lachung, Pelling etc.. and all the places and properties are good.

Our tour was planned to start from Pelling-Gangtok-lachung-lachen-Gangtok.Rains played spoil sport once we reached Gangtok from Pelling and roads to Lachen and Nathula were closed.We had to over stay at Gangtok.The hotel staff took every care that we are comfortably placed in the same rooms despite such short notice and many bookings they already had.We loved visiting the rest of the places in and around Gangtok and Lachung though.Special mention has to be made about the efforts of Mr.Mukherjee put in to ensure rest of our tour goes well.We were deeply touched by the warmth and special care he took of the travel on changed dates and our unexpected over stay.

Best Experience: For what could have been otherwise a wasted holiday and terrible disappointment following the closure of roads to lachen and nathula,the team/staff of the hotel we stayed at still made this trip most memorable for us and it was a heart warming experience.We only look forward to go back to Sikkim to visit the places we missed this time(Lachen,Gurdongmar and Nathula)and ofcourse meet the finest people we have ever met,once again.Those friendly drivers,the clean and serene towns,hopitality of the hotel staff can only inspire you to write volumes about the memories that are etched in our hearts.

Worst Experience: Nothing except heavy rains that caused landslides and closure of roads to Lachen /Gurdongmar.As the place is not \'an easy to go destination\' I would suggest dont plan your trip after may and before september.
