We went to Yercaud to escape from the summer. We have easily booked the delux room over phone. While booking the room they are giving a very good details of Yercuad weather and other stuffs. The hotel atmosphere was really good. They are serving food at the room. Cost is affordable and taste is really good. You can get both south indian and north indian delicious dishes. Room service is really good. Staffs are very decent and approchable.

Worst Experience: Need to add more car parking slot.

i think it is nice to see and the location was good and climate was ok the zoological park is being to keep right way and i think the lake and rose garden is most superb one

I have stayed at Shevroys hotel many times during the last 10 years. I lake the ambiance of the hotel, as it is located in a coffee estate and surrounded by greenery. Most of the times, the rooms were good with few exceptions. the house keeping needs improvement. It has got a supermarket when all the required items are available. The lunch is average bur breakfast is good. In all, a very good value for money comapred to any other hotel in yercaud.

Had decided on hotel Shevaroys when going to Yercaud in October on the basis of past reviews on HIQ but the hotel turned out to be much below our expectations. The rooms were not the ones which make you feel good after a 4 hr drive. Bedsheets weren\'t clean and the toilet was very bad and shabby. We decided to have lunch there before exploring the city. They had 2 restaurants of which was chinese and another one was indian. The decor of both the restaurants was below average. We tried the indian food which was just OK. We decided to have dinner elsewhere and went to another hotel Sky Rocca of GRT group. The food there was better and this hotel was better than ours in all respects. These Shevaroy people had advertised about their food mall in Salem which we decided to give a try while returning back. It turned out to be another disappointment as more than half the food counters were closed there. Finally had to leave that without having food due to paucity of options.

Best Experience: Nothing much except there are lot of birds in the hotel which are a pleasure to watch.

Worst Experience: Most of it was a bad experience.

It was a good resort to stay.A good ambience in the center of the town.
