Overal would have rated it as an average place to stay; however for the reservation goof-up done by them causing us extreme inconvenience, i am compelled to rate it below average ( even bad ).

"It is a living palace..."

It is a living palace used by the royal family even now. It is a tourist spot in its own right and it takes half a day to explore the hotel\'s treasures itself including a the museum! The fort is at walking distance!

Mandir Palace definitely doesnt keep up to the ITC Wecome Heritage group name. Or it may be that because of the name of the Group our expectations were high.

we vvisited the desert city of Jaisalmer & it was one of the best place that we visited in our entire Rajasthan tour. The Hotel was also very nice in all respects & the visit to Sam sand udnes was just amazing.
