Well the location of this place is not all that good , as in I can give average for the location ... Rest everything apart from the location was good , very good food and rooms ...

best place to stay in Gangtok.the scenery from the room will never let u take ur eyes off from the nature.the hotel was well located we never faced any issues from the staff.the service was top class.

This is a very well maintained hotel in gangtok, located in a prime place and in a word Excelent.

Worst Experience: nil

the staff are so competent and alert ,they have a pleasing attitude ,the buffet system worked well for me the cost is a little high ,the rooms are very spacious and cosy,the view of the valley is something i will always cherish ,the casino is an attraction but theres nothing much to do for kids arround there,so you can probably visit other tourist spots and head back to the hotel.

The hotel is so modern with its facilities that it will not let you feel even for a moment that you are away from the big cities.

Best Experience: we really enjoyed the fun and stay with great food .

Worst Experience: the view is less than magnificient. In Gangtok, that means no Kanchenjunga view.
