If you're at Khodala, this is the place to chill. This resort is unbelievably beautiful. The rooms aren't as pretty, though, everything else makes up for it. The joy of sitting in the verandah of your cottage having a chai and reading a book is unbeatable. The food was pretty decent too. Do try the candlelight dinner; it's quite romantic. The service in unbelievably brilliant. The staff there is possibly one of the best. I haven't seen such service even in expensive 5 Star hotels. The nature trail trek to the top of the mountain to watch the sunset is super. Then there is a nice pool, and some indoor games you can indulge in. If you're looking for inner peace and calm, this is one place you must definitely visit. Just the vibe of it is great.
Still can't forget how we were fooled by the driver arranged by the resort. Agreed that is was through a third party still accountability should be there. Later on Resort Manager supported on many fronts, a big thank you to him. Rant will remain as experience was not good. Night Safari was good. Food was fine.
The resort is nice and well kept..the place is unexplored an ideal if you want to amidst nature....behind the resort there is a small hillock which provides for a small but enjoyable treak.....the food however is terrible.....the staff was courteous but had absolutely no idea how to make good meals...only the break fast was worth eating....plus this being an islolated place there is no option to go out and eat...
Hotel was good. Location wise, the hotel was conveniently located. I had gone there by own vehicle with my family in November month 2012. It was a package trip. Per day tariff of the room was Rs 2000 with included food for one person. Behavior of the staff members was very helpful. Food was delicious. Services were on time. Room was neat, clean and well maintained. Washroom was well furnished. I booked AC room there. Garden and swimming view were available from the room window. Food facility was available there. Quality and quantity of the food was good. Hotel was located in the forest area. I had no issue about their rooms. There was no delay in check in and check out facility. Swimming pool, gym and other activities were available in the hotel. I will recommend this hotel to other travelers. Hotel organize sightseeing trip for us. Hotel was value for money according to facilities.
We are an adventurous couple & would like to explore new places. On one such occassion we happened to see the sign board & checked out this place. After which we have visited this place twice before. Perched on a hill with beautiful view of the country side & the far away hills. The pool is rather small but the old people were having a good time in it. The beds are large & there is an extra sofa cum bed too. We were given nice new clean linen, soap & shampoo. Suggest you carry your own towels. There is no AC & no TV in the rooms. But if you are adventurous you will not miss these amenities. Don't forget to carry mosquito repellent. And keep your room door with the mesh closed at all times. You can trek around the area. There is a waterfall nearby. The countryside is very beautiful & lush green after the rains. The staff were courteous & helpful though I don't think there is any room service. We had to go to the dining area for our food. I prefer it this way so that the rooms do not smell of food. The veg food is part of the package but you can order non veg separately at an additional cost.

The place is good and the resort was ok ok. Khodala is a beautiful landscape in the midst of lush green area of nasik. What is more important is that this is not crowded like other tourist destinations near mumbai. Road to resort is tough but a car can go easily. This is only good resort in that area.
I came to know about the resort through their website. We had visited this place with group of my friends. All the arrangement was good. Resort Management is very co-operative. Events like camp fire with music.....swimming pool, rain dance, waterfall nearby the resort was happening. Food was tasty. At any point I wasn?t disappointed.
