Wilson Dam

Wilson Dam is one of the famous tourist spots in Bhandardara, which was constructed alongside the Arthur Lake in 1910. This dam has been built on the Pravara River and is considered to be an ideal place for organising picnic. Wilson Dam is situated around 750 m above the main sea level and is famous for the nearby Umbrella Falls.

It is one of the oldest dams in entire Asia, located at a distance of about 11 km from Randha Falls. Mumbai International Airport is the closest airport from this dam and the main railway station is situated at Igatpuri. There is a swimming pool and a circular garden situated at the base of the Wilson Dam.
