The overall experience was fantastic. Could check-in and out at odd timing - 6 am be without any hassles. Its located around 4km away from the station. Even at 6 am, few autos do pass by and so does KSRTC buses.

Room looks grand, phone has build in FM radio - something which I enjoyed. Have a look at the switches (pic attached).

Roof top restaurant gives majestic view. No veg restaurants nearby, though. Did not avail of facilities like pool, so cannot comment; Surprisingly the kit did not have brush, toothpaste, comb.

This was my first visit to Trivandrum and I personally didn't regret as they provided probably the best services. Rooms are spacious and food was good. It's near to city area. The only thing that I'd love to have is - the rooms were pretty old and need some changes / paint work done. Swimming pool is not functional here. Would have loved that if it was operating.

Good hotel to stay, all places are nearby to the hotel, beach is 12 kms from hotel. Padmanabhan Swamy Temple is hardly 2kms, railway station and bus stand are nearer. For any traveller hotel is very much accessible, nice ambience, good service and good response of staff.

Great rooms, well furnished and feels premium. The room service and restaurants are nice. The roof top buffet was my first experience and I really enjoyed it. Breakfast spread is really impressive. Worst let down is the lack of proper parking space. Literally you park on public road. There is no basement parking/covered parking. So if you travel in own car, a place with better, secure parking facilities would be much better. The location is highly convenient, near Kowdiar Palace and many other such tourist spots.

The hospitality and the food with the light music was a good experience and wish to be there if I get a chance again. The accessibility to reach the hotel, the front desk was nice and the executive bar was s great in the serving and the music. I found it an amazing entertainment to been there.

I was on work and stayed there for a couple of days. The stay was quite nice and the staff was great. View from the hotel was quite nice as well. Even though the visit was for work I did get to spend a considerable amount of time at the Hotel and must say the food was quite awesome and fairly priced. Well the swimming pool wasn't functional so that was a bit of a bummer. Also the AC in the room took its own sweet time to cool up the place, which was kind of painful.

I stayed with my family in Windsor and the experience was simply awesome. You can see their professionalism in every aspect and the ambience is beautiful and amazing. One of the best business hotel, I stayed ever. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the heart of the city and almost every major point within the city is easily accessible within a maximum of 10 kilometer radius. The rooms are big by business hotel standards and all modern amenities are available. The rooms are well maintained, super clean, extremely comfortable, spacious even with an extra bed and totally cozy. The staff is courteous & helpful. Highly recommended.

The view from the hotel was mind blowing & it was very conveniently located near Kowdiar Palace & other prominent places. The rooms are cosy, well maintained & have very good interiors. Facilities are good and ambiance was really nice. I got free high speed wifi access. The location advantage is there as it is centrally located in city next to prominent places & shopping malls. There were plenty of options of food nearby. The staff were polite & courteous and took good care of us.

This hotel has just brilliant view which is breathtaking, right over the Kowdiar Palace. The rooms were spacious, well designed & boost of modern amenities. It boost for very high end luxurious facility & the best part is the swimming pool which I enjoyed. The rooms had a wonderful view. The staff were polite & always ready to help.

Great hotel with extra ordinary customer service, however little costly. Can't say its value for money because it seems this hotel is bit costly. Good spacious rooms with great city view. Poor maintenance of rooms. Room service extremely poor and will take at least 45 minutes for anything you ask. Check-in /out experience overall was good. Ample underground parking space available. Good wifi speed. Food is good but not so great. Good buffet breakfast with Continental/South Indian and North Indian food available.
