Great hotel with extra ordinary customer service, however little costly. Can't say its value for money because it seems this hotel is bit costly. Good spacious rooms with great city view. Poor maintenance of rooms. Room service extremely poor and will take at least 45 minutes for anything you ask. Check-in /out experience overall was good. Ample underground parking space available. Good wifi speed. Food is good but not so great. Good buffet breakfast with Continental/South Indian and North Indian food available.

I am a frequent visitor to Thiruvananthapuram and have been staying at Windsor Rajadhani. The hotel is 3 star+ property located at the heart of the city. It is easily accessible from railway station as well as Airport.

The staff at the hotel is very courteous and always available for any help, if needed. Being a frequent visitor, many staff know me and it always a treat to have people smiling and being friendly with you.

The rooms are spacious, well-maintained and very clean. The Wi-Fi is free and could have a better connectivity.

The food is very good but a bit pricey compared to other well known restaurants. They have a good buffet spreads for the breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Overall, a very good business hotel in Thiruvananthapuram.

This is a very good hotel at a prime location in Trivandrum, overlooking the Kowdiar Palace. The skyscape on the Eastern side is amazing. The lobby is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and the decor is done with lot of taste. Breakfast spread is fantastic, so is the buffet dinner. Roof top garden and the pool side are very good for get together and parties. The banquet halls are spacious with very nice audio and stage for performances. A fantastic place to stay.

I stayed in this hotel as my family was visiting the famous temples and places in capital of Kerala. Hotel was located in a nice location, easily accessible from the railway station. Bus stand was also nearby. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Food was expensive but worth the money and many varieties were there.

The location is good. The hotel is awesome, rooms are lavish and view from the swimming pool is good. Breakfast buffet was also nice.

There was not much to complain here. For a 5 star hotel, it is total value for money, though if you are here for Kovalam beach, this might not be the best option!

We stayed there for 2 nights during our south India tour and it was really amazing experience. Totally loved the experience. Room we stayed in was well equipped with modern devices, interior was really classical, bathroom fittings were very modern. Staff was friendly and ever ready on their toes to assist guests. Awesome food, perhaps best we have had in the tour. Pricing is slightly on higher side but trust me every money spent is worth. Recommended to all.

The hotel was awesome. The hotel was located near to temple and it was convenient. The staff were co-operative, humble and very polite in behaviour. The service they provided was helpful. Rooms were spacious, neat and clean.AC, TV, geyser everything were functioning properly. The appearance was fine. The food which I had tasted was very good and they provide many varieties. It was religious trip with my wife. I will recommend this hotel to other travellers. Overall I had a very good experience at this hotel.

The hotel is surrounded at market place with temples. The staff at the hotel were not coordinating properly but the food quality was excellent. The rooms were spacious, neat and clean and the amenities provided by the hotel were wonderful. No activities were organised by the hotel and there is a problem in parking area. The appearance of the hotel is good and there was no delay in check-in and check-out procedure.

I have visited Windsor Rajadhani a couple of times and stayed with friends. It was a good experience and I am happy and satisfied with the service and the ambiance. The bar looked awesome. It really felt good. They also conducted few events and the pool side hall was good for conducting birthday parties.
