Overall experience was awesome.
felt comfortable.good view(natural scenery).

The property is well maintained with lots of open space. There are nice things for children to do. The restaurant serves good south Indian food.

I am really satisfied with the facilities that GRT had in Yercaud. In fact i enjoyed more on being GRT rather than in Yercaud because Yercaud on a whole had very little space to watch. But that was purely compensated by GRT Nature Trails. It had the best view, stay, service,room facilities.
Best Experience: I never expected the hotel to have a separate food for infants like for kids below 2 years but they did. Due to this reason i did not have any trouble as far as the food for my kid is concerned.
Worst Experience: I cant call it as worst experience but just a small suggestion. I had a kid who is just an year old and my check out time was 12 PM but train was only at 7 PM in Salem. I did request the reception to extend my room for about 4 PM for which they conveyed that it is not possible. With my Kid just one year old i found it tough to be in station for some four hours. The same situation could even be if the people who visit GRT with some old people. Would request GRT to think of how to accomodate these people as well.

i feel my overall experience is good.the way of organising the programme,in receiption the way they handled,Indoor games,likewise every thing is beautiful
Best Experience: i enjoyed alot in swimming pool and in the gettogether programme

The location is pretty good. It was a relaxing experience. I like the hotel and it was my second trip to the hotel in the same year. The only bad thing I can think is, the choice of food for vegetarians is not much. Otherwise it was pretty good experience for me.

Overall Experience at GRT Nature trails was great. The ambiance is absolutely breathtaking and the rooms too have been well designed, My 4 Years old daughter wanted us to make this our new home. I have been to Yercaud approximately 20 times with my friends but this was the first time with my wife and kid and both of them loved it. Not only was the ambience good, the food to served at the resort was great. I am a north Indian and while I always loved yercaud for the climate & its scenic beauty the only aspect I wish was better was food and that too was marvelous at Salem Heights.
Best Experience: The Rooms facing the valleys are absolutely amazing . Also a portion of the flooring is made out of glass allowing you to see the valley below your feet. We also loved that this place had Pool where Kids could enjoy and a seprate Play area
Worst Experience: I loved every aspect of GRT nature trails so nothing worth complaining

Best Experience: Exotic View from the Panoramic view rooms
Worst Experience: Swimming pool. Highly chlorinated water made the costumes pale.

It was a nice experience. I did not expect such a breathtaking view of Salem from the room. On the whole , the whole trip was a pleasant surprise.
Best Experience: The food was excellent particularly the Buffet breakfast
Worst Experience: Commuting to the lake and the market was difficult. We had to use the auto rickshaw.
