"spacious room"

It was a warm welcome by resort people. i did not find spacious room as we were 2 adults and 2 children. Overall rooms are good but not at par with other clubmahindra resorts. I would advise to go for higher level room
Best Experience: Persons in the resorts are very good and highly co-operative. Food is also good . Most of the time can spend in resorts only.
Worst Experience: When i asked for change of room , they have done it but the room which was offered to me was on lower level and having bad smell. It may due to dampness.

Yercaud is a nice place unlike Ooty which totally commercialized. Resort is good but can be improved to match resorts like Mahindra Coorg or similar : 1. Activities for kids are limited and should be increased 2. Room service is good but restuarant service could improve with more courteseous
Best Experience: Cottages carry the British charm
Worst Experience: None in particular but didn't meet the expectation of typical mahindra club standards and there is definite space for improvement

It was very good as far as location is concerned- its a beautiful resort located in a beautiful place
Best Experience: location, location, location ! lush greenery with sounds of insects, birds, frogs ! Awesome !
Worst Experience: Did not like food and the limited variety they keep for vegetarian people ! Service too was not upto the standard and we had to keep on asking for shampoo, towels and soap as they did not refill them daily

"Good room facilities"

The indoor games are very well suitable for all age groups. Good room facilities.
Best Experience: The only piece of room that was made with wood was given to us. Its the best one. one of its kind. Yes there are draw backs that it will give u extra cold in night. But the best.
Worst Experience: Nothing related to resort.

excellent. location was near the lake sorruonded by scenic beauty.we enjoyed our every movement of the stay
Best Experience: you will treated as vip, we don\'t want to get out from the resort, as it has the most scenic beauty.

"Every room had an excellent view"

we were 10 members in our group. we stayed there for just one day. that was not enough but though we stayed there for one day it was remarkable experience and wow destination. every room had a excellent view and the service of the room service was excellent. great room very spacious and we all had a blast.

"The hotel was in the lap of nature"

The hotel was in the lap of nature in the truest sense! Set amidst a coffee plantation you could see the coffee shrubs and pepper climbers as soon as you stepped out of your room. The rooms were super clean and stocked with all the basic facilities, including a phone, tv and hot water. Newspapers were also provided every morning. The hotel is a stone's throw from the Yercaud lake so location wise it is an ideal choice. The staff was friendly and helpful and the food was good.Since it is a Club Mahindra affiliate hotel, there are fun activities for families in the evening as well. The hotel also has a game room cum gym area where you can play carrom and chess or workout on a cross trainer and lift some weights. Considering the fact that Yercaud as such does not have much to offer, the hotel makes sure you don't get bored. Overall a fun experience!
Best Experience: The highlight of the stay was the coffee plantation trek the hotel organises for sure! It is a 1.5 - 2 hrs trek and the person guiding us was very informative and told us all about the process of growing and making coffee.
Worst Experience: None really... was a very very pleasant stay

Overall experience was very good. Hotel is located nicely, services are very good. One can experience nature inside the hotel.
