"Overall looks old and needs a facelift"

Great location and the ntural slope has been wisely utilized in giving each suite a nice view of the valley. The management needs to improve. Has to be more customer friendly. They need a better variety on the menu list. Overall looks old and needs a facelift.
Best Experience: The clouds literally came into the rooms in the mornings and it was a great experience to enjoy the star lit sky in the nights.
Worst Experience: Food was average and the crowd was not very good.

Room was clean when checked in. But never cleaned during our stay of 3 nights. Hot and cold water available 24 hrs. No power failure.
Best Experience: NIL
Worst Experience: Vegetarian food not available.

Our over all experience was very good. We enjoyed a lot there nice room and nice service. On that the climate was very nice.
Best Experience: they conducted the events for us was very pleasant we enjoyed playing with other peoples
Worst Experience: we have to travel 22km from the hotel to munnor it makes us to get tired and

overaii experience was good the appearance of the resort was beautiful the road leading to the resort was bad
Best Experience: last time when i visited this place the road was the worst but this time it was neatlylaid
Worst Experience: no lift food was not upto expectaions even southindian breakfast was soso

The Over all Experience is Very Good By Communication with staffs. The Food Was Also Very Good which was provided with combo meals. They Have wonderful play station for small kids.

"Small and peaceful destination"

This is small and peaceful destination , you get cold and chilled in day time even also in December/January and nights are pleasant and having one lake for boating do not have much more activities to do although it is a very nice place for short breaks

Pleasant stay, located right on the top of the hill, great weekend gateway, cool and calm place to chill out from normal routine.

it was very good appearance I enjoyed a lot, the climate and scenaries.
Best Experience: when I was there the room was covered with mist, it was my best experience.
