The three day stay with breath-taking view from the balcony of my bedroom was a real unwind after the grind of work in the past. The drive around & the cave temple which dates back to a few thousand years was quite a reward to visit. Good & memorable experience....

Just the view of Salem town from the steep slope on which Sterling is located is breathtaking. Since we went as a crowd and occupied three rooms, we had a great time bunging into a single room each evening and doing our own cook-ins....

Destination : Yercaud is a great destination. Though there are not many sightseeing places, its the ideal hill station to get away from the hustle & bustle of life. The right place to chill out. Overall, an average experience. Sterling has lost it's original charm and its resorts are now falling into neglect. They have the BEST location in yercaud but fails to capitalize on same and with more resorts coming up in the area, they could be heading for trouble....

A nice hill station in the Shevaroy hills of Tamilnadu. The journey up to the resort is by a winding road. The moment you start you are greeted with troops of monkeys "out playing". If you are prone to sickness, keep medication handy or keep look straight instead of the breathtaking views of the valley, which can be had later on.
