You will love the outerl look and ambience of the Hotel and rooms until you check in. The receiption is very unfriendly. The entire amount will be insisted in advance to avoid embarrsement or denial of payment later. A total no no hotel. Service is worst and advisable to stay at any cost.

Best Experience: The fist day of check provided with hot water in bathroom but next day refused to provide the same and showed rules and timing for hot water. Service is pathetic, reception staff is unwelcoming and rude in behaviour. Unhizgenic rooms and the food is worst.

Overall experience was good with Anand ritz, nice location and leisures activities available.

Matheran is a good weekend holiday spot. But the hotel is HORRIBLE- that is to say the least. The rooms are unhygienic- to say the least- basic dusting, jhadu pocha is also not done. You do not want to touch the furniture, bed, etc. as they are extremely dirty. Swimming pool is like a dirty pond which is never cleaned. They charge more than 4000/- per day and it is not worth even 400/- NEVER EVER stay in this hotel. Lords central seemed to be far far better a choice.

Best Experience: NONE- even the food is horrible.

Best Experience: excellent non-polluted hill top with hilarious breath taking views of wonderful thrilling exciting spots

Worst Experience: bad street lights in such thick forests and poor pathways, conveyance very expensive, shopping unbearable.

The front office staff was unskilled and they were not knowing how to handle the guset and we had to wait fro long time even after making prior bookings. They made this stay totally miserable.
