Hotel Review of Oriental Guest House
Comments: Leh was everything we heard and read about and more....
The guest house itself was amazing! You dont need air-conditioning in Leh! You need serene surroundings, clean rooms, friendly and efficient service.. You get all of that there. Overall Great Value for Money.

I would recommend every traveller to check it out before they decide to shell out thousands in going to a hotel.

If you need some luxury, then try and get a room in the new wing (Wing C). It is slightly expensive (650), but definitely worth it. Other wings are also good. Just suit your pocket.
Best Experience: Service of the Guest houst staff, led by Dawa was so efficient and friendly, that made you feel at home instantly.
The place runs on trust! (Well that's true for the whole Laddakh, not just this place)
Worst Experience: Food was a dissappointment, especially for a North Indian, who wants to eat his Dal-Roti, after some time. If you like Continental food, or are willing to try new cuisines, you wont have a problem.
