The Zuri Resort & Spa Reviews

Zuri is a beautiful resort, managed by a team of professionals who understand the needs of hospitality industry. Staff from all departments was polite, attentive & responsive. Regarding food, chef was ever ready to prepare some thing to your special taste!

Best Experience: Best part of our stay was the Laguna Houseboat of Zuri. The houseboat itself and the Zuri service was just wow!

Worst Experience: I dont have any thing to mention here.

The resort is very beautiful, set right along the backwaters. There is also a man-made lagoon running through the property, along which there are cottages.

Best Experience: The best experience was watching the houseboats sail along the back waters just before the sun set. And watching the birds skim the surface of the water.

Worst Experience: there really wasnt much to do at the resort. the spa is really overpriced. the poolside was always noisy. at night, the bar was closed because the staff didnt think anyone would go. we had to go to the neighbouring restaurant to get someone to open it for us.

An exotic location for the perfect holiday trip. The stay was very comfortable. The resort is very beautiful with awesome decor. The lake adds to the beauty of the the resorts. The rooms are very good with a balcony next to the lake. The hospitality we received was excellent with the hotel staff escorted us showing the hotels. The only thing we missed was the crowd. I would love to spend another vacation there with my family.

Best Experience: The comfortable stay and the hospitality from the hotel staff was awesome...We ordered for curd rice which was not there in the menu and was provided in no time. The location was excellent.

Worst Experience: There was not much variety of food...And very few guest as it was an off season I guess
