More » I was on Kerala tour with my family and on the basis of my friends recommendation we choose to stay at Clouds Valley, Munnar. During my stay I feel that the amenities in the Hotel were quite comfortable and the cable connections and television were up to the level expected . Services offered by the staff of the property was courteous and timely handling of the request . In addition to the above housekeeping was extraordinary . I will definitely give advice to my friends and near and dear to definitely stay at clouds valley during there stay at Munnar or Kerala considering the environment and services rendered by the Property during the stay . The quality of meals provided during stay was marvelous and inexpensive . The location of Property is amazing and I will definitely like to visit it again and again . I just feel that the parking space is not proper considering the crowd / travellers visit Clouds Valley. « Less

Mobile connectivity is weak. Not many towers in the vicinity. BSNL subscribers can survive. Overall an excellent place with lots of scenic views.
