HolidayIQ reviewer Sujnanendra mishra says, "Often referred to as the 'Venice of the East', the lake city of Udaipur is known as the centre for performing arts and crafts. The lakes, palaces and nice people attract foreign and domestic visitors. Udaipur has three interconnected lakes - the Fateh Sagar Lake, the Lake Pichola and the smaller Swaroop Sagar Lake; along with forts, palaces, temples, gardens, mountains and but narrow lanes to Palace is little worrying. The city is protected by the elevated Aravalli Hills. Food though little costly tasty and the people are helpful."
