HolidayIQ reviewer Peethambar Paniker says, "If you are going in the monsoon season, do carry your umbrellas/raincoats. Be wary of slippery pathways. Inside the fort, you can walk up to a ramp and reach the observation tower from where you'll get a good view of the land and the sea."

HolidayIQ reviewer Ananya Gupta says, "We visited Munnar in the month of June which was the season of early monsoons, so as expected we saw the picturesque beauty of Munnar with low rain showers or some sort of drizzling. Munnar is situated around 1600 m above sea level, in the Western Ghats range of mountains."
