We went by bus but the place can also be reached by car. There are various adventure sports like horse-riding, mountain climbing, shooting and many more. One should visit this place in the morning as the place gets dark quickly in the evening."

Mainly known for its adventure sports and snowfall, Auli is one of the best skiing destinations in the country. HolidayIQ reviewer Poonam says, "Auli is a lovely place to go with your partner. I had gone with my husband for our honeymoon. The weather was amazing. I really enjoyed the snow and then in the night it was raining. We had gone for trekking also. We were there in Auli for almost 5days and it was fun. If I get a chance it would prefer to go to Auli."

Kalimpong town is a religious centre of Buddhism. The Buddhist monastery Zang Dhok Palri Phodang is home to many monks who take their religious teachings to the people searching for divinity and peace. HolidayIQ revviewer Derrick says, "Visited Kalimpong in July for mini vacation. Stayed at shikher guest house. The place is truly amazing. Our guest house was situated at 4500 feet above mean sea level. The place is fantastic with greenery and spring water all round. The people are friendly and helpful."
