HolidayIQ Reviewer Sumanta Paul adds, “I stayed in Bangalore for 4 years and left in 1990 with a lasting impression of the colonial and nostalgic Brigade Road and adjoining MG Road. The municipality should have kept all the old structures and allowed modern shops in the renovated buildings like what we see in Europe. The Brigade Road will attract people who have not seen its past for sure, to conclude.” Read Full Review

HolidayIQ Reviewer Gopu Mohan shares, “The beach is the first place in Chennai where I got some peace. The world's second longest beach and India longest urban beach. There is a swimming pool also. Bathing and swimming in the open sea is prohibited and patrolling is done by horse-mounted police. The beach is turbulent and is dangerous. Nice place for family weekends though it will be heavily crowded.” Read Full Review

HolidayIQ Reviewer Gargi Saha says, “The marvelous Marina Beach is the second largest in the world. It makes one entertained after the maddening crowd of the urban life. It makes one enthralled, exhilarated, refreshed by visiting the sea which is so vast. It makes one think about open-mindedness, generosity, and benevolence. One must surely visit the beach at least once in his/her lifetime. ” Read Full Review

It is a very populated city and there is a big tension of jams on road. There is only one-way drive so to reach the opposite side, you have to drive 3 km. People in Kolkata are very genuine and true by heart. Hawara bridge, Botanical garden, Park Street, Newmarket, Vardhaman market, Circle road, Maa bridge, Mithai Wali Gali etc and the infrastructure of buildings are made in old style.” Read Full Review

HolidayIQ Reviewer Amresh Sinha adds, “Birthplace of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji, "Takht Sri Patna Sahib" is the birthplace of 10th(dashwe) guru of Sikhs Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji. It is a must visit place when you are in Patna. It is located in Old Patna City, so the roads are narrow and the buildings are old. It is situated near Ganga river. If you are planning to visit this place, please come early in the morning because roads are quite narrow and you might have to face a long traffic. When you are in a Guru Dwara you must cover your head, so please bring some cloth (you can also buy it from there too).” Read Full Review

There is a waterfall just beside one of the temples and everyone says its good if we dip in the water there. There are seven hills around this temple and we can go for a trek to the mountains. We tried trekking up to a 3rd mountain and heard no one has crossed 4th mountain till date and it's really nature's paradise. I recommend people to visit during winter or monsoon as it will be very hot during summer.” Read Full Review
