The Badal Vilas tower stands out as the tallest structure of the Mandir Palace. HolidayIQ Traveller Shubhomoy Mukherjee shares, “The best hotel in Jaisalmer, a real palace with all star facilities, large rooms and suites, great pool and courteous staff. Unlike camping in the woods or hills, camping in the desert is romantic. The luxury tents here will remind you of historical references of Mughal, Rajput and other leaders who used to stay in luxurious tents while travelling from one part of Rajasthan to the other. Camping is one of those activities that transcends barriers of time and provides you an unforgettable experience, while reminding you about love. HolidayIQ Traveller Vineeta Abraham shares, “Royal Desert Camp was very good stay but was little away from the city so it made us organise own transport difficult to reach. It was a family holiday for relaxation it was like tent setup. As it was basically tent so there was no ac rooms, and no amenities provided. No sightseeing as well. Food was average with both veg and non-veg in the menu. Overall, it was average stay. I would like to recommend who are looking to have a desert feel in the stay.”
