Along the length of the track many vendors sell shawls, mufflers, etc (woolen items) and you will also find traditional dresses which you can wear at a nominal rate of Rs. 50 and take pictures. We also found two guys who were showing us the mountains with telescope at a price of Rs 30.” Read Full Review

If a laid-back, leisurely holiday is your thing, Coonoor is the best place for it. ...spare a day or two for a visit. Hire a taxi from Coimbatore or book seats on the toy train to reach Coonoor. A 14 hair-pin bend ghat road with spectacular views of the valleys and rock faces rising out of the mist is a plus on this trip.” Read Full Review
