More » The hotel and rooms are extremely bad to stay. Would not recommend anyone to spoil their trip. there we no facilities available in the room. The hotel rates directly were half of the price as compared to quoted to us by make my trip. Rooms were dingy as well as stinking. Bed was in extremely bad condition. There were all sorts of flies, mosquitoes and so many other creatures in the hotel room. Food was extremely expensive, unhygienic and taste less. There was no roadmap to guide the route to the hotel. I feel its extremely waste of time, energy and money to spend on such a hotel like this. I suggest make my trip not to make fool of their customers by making false booking at the eleventh hour. They had cancelled our booking with Den a day before the departure. This is highly unethical and unprofessional to provide such services. We do not expect them to behave in such a manner. I wish never to make any arrangements in future with make my trip and do the booking on my own. Last but not the least, the hotel did not had any direct contact number even to guide the way or help the guests for requirements if any. This was even less than a budget hotel a two star property which should have been informed/intimated to the guests well in advance so that they would not have wasted their time and money for such a bad experience altoghter. « Less
