The roads are amazing and Big, yet being a weekend the traffic was horrible. So we reached the destination a bit late than the expected time. The KSRTC Airavat Bus Service and the Staff is really nice. They provide a packed drinking water and newspaper to read in the journey. The Driver was cruising at a steady speed, no bumps or any other issues. It was a very e journey.

We booked a travel bus where they took 4000 rupees. But you can check the same for less cost also. We had a 2 day journey starting from morning 8 pm. First we went to Mysore post Ooty. If you want to try everything, try to have food from roadside food. Even they are tasty in Mysore. We went to monuments, palace, temple. Then after that Ooty. The best place.

it was really a nice experience of going to mysore through bus. I enjoyed very much. Bus condition was good it was a non ac but sleeper bus. Bus stopped 3 times during the journey for breakfast lunch and dinner. Nice place to go out of Bangalore, around 200 Km from Bangalore, has lot of palaces, especially its a good area to enjoy away from noise of city.

We had fantastic trip to Mysore. We had booked ticket from Bangalore to Mysore at 6:00 Am, it's best time travel between to cities. We travelled in semi sleeper with A/C bus. The journey was very comfortable. And rest stop will be there in during journey. Entertainment will be there like TV. They will provide water bottles.

I booked a sightseeing tour by bus from Bangalore to Mysore online. There were no good reviews but I took a chance, it was okay but I didn't say it was perfect. Bus quality was not that good, and time given for all sightseeing points was less, so had to rush everywhere.

Than in returning the ones who need to go to Mysore were shifted in another bus. Okay fine types journey, better hire a cab, but its not safe at some places in Mysore, like some forts and hill tops are full of anti social elements, for that sense travelling by bus is good if you are a group of girls.
