Bus pickup from Madivala near my home at appointed time. Comfortable bed, pillow and blanket. Water bottle distributed free of cost to all the passengers. Bump free journey. Bus reached Madikeri before time. When needed, the bus stopped for the convenience of passengers.
We had to wait for 1 hour before we were taken in a minibus from our boarding point to a different location. There another 30 minutes before the bus started. It was a Non-AC bus. The bus reached the destination on time and the journey was also not bad.
Planned to go Kodaikanal. Booked tickets in greenline travellers. Started our journey from Bangalore at 9. 30 p. M. Journey was really very nice. We had a nice and comfortable time throughout the journey. Ghat section was really amazing. Want to visit kodaikanal again. Morning we reached around 7.00 AM.
Had a terrible travel with the bus operator. The bus was late for 2 hrs at the time of departure because of maintenance issue. Travel was bumpy on the go. Didn't have any facility sort of things for the passenger no blankets and neither charging point. It cost us 1200 Rs. where as Royal cruiser on the same fare provide all the service.
It was a well equipped bus to travel I will suggest my friends the same, but some local languages films should be put. Thanks a lot I will refer others also. A/C sleeper will suit for a long drive, water was not provided please take care of that one.
Good bus. The boarding is punctual & good behavior neat & clean. the persons inside the bus are very cooperative. Blanket & water bottles are provided. No wifi. Comfortable journey. If they could provide the wifi for the passengers it will create good impressions.
It's a very good experience with the travel to Ooty with this Bus. Its provides very good service here in Ooty. I would suggest to travel in this bus only. We start from Domlur and the travel arrange pickup van upto Madiwala. The seats are very good, A/C is good. It provides Blanket and pillow to sleep.
I went to Madikeri for leisure with my parents in this summer. I booked Greenline 10 & 11 August. These tours were guided by raman who was a wonderful tourist guide. And he was so knowledgeable about Madikeri and had a great sense of humour.
And I found he got enthusiasm into his job. People normal works about 8-10 hours per day but Hermann picked us at 7:15AM and sent us back one by one at almost 10-11PM.
We enjoyed the tours and had an excellent time. Thank You so much, raman for answering many questions we asked as well!

We visited there by the month of July, its such a wonderful place. We landed up there by morning 6. Cool breeze shivering, cloud covered. After breakfast, we booked a tourist agent bus, where they took us to all the places. Should go with friends to enjoy the most.more »
I booked the bus online but was very nervous whether the bus was good or not. As I was with family my nervousness got doubled. But to my joy the bus was right on time. The staff confirmed on phone and told the place where bus would stop.
It was clean and very comfortable. Two adjacent seats had so much space that I, my wife and my 5 yr old child were easily seated. It reached Bangalore at right time. No jerks or any sort of problem was faced.
We had a pleasant journey but did not get to see much at night. The bus was clean and the seats were good. The bus was not A/C nor did we need the same as the climate was quite good. The journey was mostly through the jungles between the two states of Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. The greenery is evident once the journey begins but we miss it as it gets dark. It is worth waking up early to see the scenes from the window. We were fortunate to see an Elephant, which is considered lucky also. We were satisfied with the transport as we wanted to be fresh to explore the hill station.
