Its an excellent hotel located at a beautiful place. The rooms were very nice and spacious. The service is excellent. Also the food served at the hotel was nice. I liked everything about this hotel. One noted feature of this hotel is that one is not suppose to give tips to staff members in person. But put in the box kept there so that it gets distributed among every staff member equally so everyone is eager and prompt in giving best service and the amount is distributed equally. I really liked this concept of them.

I visited Goa & stayed in Kismat Mahal from 20th Jan-25th Jan 2012.We were 11 family members.The hotel was simple, clean hotel with It,s owner Mr.Frazer very courteous.It,s 5 min.walk from the beach.The hotel is true value for money.They charged me 700 for non ac room and 900 for AC room and just Rs100 for extra matress(person) in the room.The food quality was selective but very good and very reasonable rather cheap rates.This was muy 4th visit to goa and this hotel was best and ecnomical.A simple calm and serene place to spend the night

Best Experience: I ordered three roasted(grilled) chicken and they served me with fantastic dish and the charges were just Rs220?------same was with other food stuff----then in goa one spends most of time in beaches----and the owner gets you taxi or self driven car like WagonR for just Rs600 a day and Honda City for just Rs.900 a day.------Also arranged a very good mix of water sports for just 600 per person

Though the hotel was small it was really wonderful.Food quality was amazing and it costed less.Rooms were just ok.There was no activities in the hotel as such.

we travelled to goa in the evening and reached there in the early morning at 3 a.m the kismat mahal was already booked they welcomed us in a very respect way we realy liked there intraction and in the mahal the services was very nice and food was good and well provided and they provided us the activites we enjoyed alot
