Sightseeing Highlights

Just 18 km. from Madgoan is Shree Shantadurga temple at Fatorpa.

It attracts thousands of devotees in the month of 'Pausha Shuddha Navami' at the annual Zatra.

You can also see the famous Chandor's Colonial Mansion which is dated around the 17^th. Century with hand carved furniture and Italian marble flooring.

Go on a tour of Rivona Buddhist Caves which are dated to be inhabited by Buddhist monks in the 6^th century AD.
