The Umbrella Falls is another scenic spot nearby offering some breathtaking views. There is a hydel project on this water body also.

Mt. Kalsubai is another attraction. This peak point was used as a watchtower during the Maratha rule. There is a small temple also at the top.

The other places of interest around here are the Agasti Rishi Ashram or the Hermitage of Sage Agasti, Ratangad Fort and Amruteshwar temple.

Another popular activity is trekking at Mount Kalsubai. Ratnagadh fort is another favourite with tourists.

The Amriteshwar temple, built in 1100 is an intricately carved temple.  Other places worth visiting are Konkan Kada and a swimming tank.
