Located in the Northwest part of the state and about 530 km from the capital Bangalore, Bijapur
has many places of historical, cultural and architectural interest
mainly related to Islamic architecture. It was the centre of the
Bahmani sultanate. Bijapur is also a town with many legends and is a base for visiting other nearby tourist places such as Aihole and Pattadakal.

| Overview of the destinationThis destination comes in north karnataka. The culture here is maharashtrian. The food is very nice because of spicy baji and javar roti. The dressing Food, sight-seeing and shopping This is a historical place all places are very good and beautiful. In every historical place have a very very nice gardens. Activities & things to do The activity is cool. We can play chinidand , kabaddi, football, cycling and cricket.
We can enjoy in tanga (horse carriage) also.
the journey of Tanga Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc. The bus facility is good here and train facility is ok because project is going on.
