A must visit while here is the Chapora Fort, a 500-year-old Portuguese fort that can be reached from the hill at Vagator.
Head to the famous Baga, where you could catch the Saturday night flea market, or explore the BagaRiver. You could indulge in some water sports while there.
Visit Anjuna and explore the beaches and food shacks there, also shop at the Wednesday flea market.
Explore the town of Mapusa and look up the MascarenhasMansion nearby known for its beautiful windows made of stain glass and fantastic antique collection.

Like any other Goa beach, Chapora offers the perfect getaway for someone looking for peace and solitude or pure fun. Feast on the local cuisine or just swim and sunbathe. You could visit the local markets of Chapora, and get yourself some great buys ranging from artifacts, jewellery, food items and mementos. In the evening you could check out the nightlife that Vagator and Chapora are known for.
