Chapora, along with adjoining Vagator beach, is one of the popular beaches of Goa
known for its pristine white sands dotted with palms and rock
formations of black lava. The local industry of boat building and

Dil Chahta Hai!!
| Overview of the destinationThe highlight of Chapora is the Chapora fort, situated between Chapora and Vagator.
This is where the scene in Dil Chahta Hai was shot, of the Food, sight-seeing and shopping There are tours which take you to the Vagator beach, but the fort is usually left unvisited.
There are a few shops along the beach, Activities & things to do No water sports are available Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc. One will probably have to come here via local bus, hire a vehicle and drive down to the fort.
