Dharmasthala
is a small, but well-known, temple village on the banks of River
Nethravathi, in Beltangady. This rustic hamlet is home to the famous
Lord Manjunatha temple, where the deity of Shiva is worshipped in the
form of Manjunatha. Dharmasthala
is an outstanding example of religious tolerance, as it welcomes

temple kitchen offers free food to all and there are guest houses for

na, Bangalore | 28th March 2008 Dharmasthala and stream of joy
| Overview of the destinationWhen thinking about Dharmasthala hot weather and long Q come to our mind. I got something else to my delight.
Dharmasthala has fog by morning Food, sight-seeing and shopping Food is free at Dharmasthala. The hotels serve very different food, I can not appreciate that. Food at Stream of Joy homestay was extra ordinary. Activities & things to do Temple darshan visit to Bahubali betta are main. Museum is very good.
AT stream of joy you can do cycling, mountain biking, rafting in safe Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc. Try Darshan at Dharmasthala as early as possible in the morning. Avoid Mondays, they are very very busy. Do not try hotels they are not |
