India s smallest state Goa is located on the western coast of the country, adjoining the Arabian Sea, which provides the beach holidays that Goa is internationally famous for. The states of Maharashtra in the north and Karnataka in the south and east surround Goa. Together with the coastal stretches of these states, Goa is part of a larger cultural region known as Konkan. Northern Goa is more populated and urban, while the south is more forested. Beaches apart, rice fields and coconut plantations dominate the landscape. However, tourism is Goa s main industry. | Overview of the destinationGoa is full of life with lots of sun. sand and sweat.
Even in the last week of january it was so hot that we needed Food, sight-seeing and shopping Goan food is always good with lots of spices like cloves, cardamom etc. Different kind sea fishes would increse our appetite there. Goa is a Activities & things to do You should go with lots of sunscreen. Enjoy ur evening and night. Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc. We had reached there from Mumbai through KonkhonKonya Express. We had boarded at Karmali.
