Sightseeing Highlights
The main attraction at Khanvel is the water sports complex on the river Damanganga where you can participate in the many adventure activities. Another attraction here is the view of the Madhuban Dam and the Dudhni Falls.
Some of the other tourist attractions include the Church of Our Lady of Piety, which is one of the oldest churches of India and the Bindrabin temple dedicated to Lord Shiva.
You must also visit Silvassa, the capital and its many sights such as Vandhara Udyan for picnics. At his park you can enjoy its wooden bridges, flowerbeds, jogging paths, and paddleboats. Visit the Tribal cultural museum for an insight into tribal heritage and the Vanganga Lake and Island Garden.
Other Activities
Located on the Silvassa-Dadra Road, is the Hirwa Van which is a beautiful garden and has waterfalls and green lawns.
You can shop for a number of souvenirs and gifts at Khanvel which include hand crafted artifacts like smoking pipes made by the tribals, traditional tribal paintings and many other objects.

flows through its meadows and the region has tribes constituting 80 per cent of
the total population. This gets reflected in the many myths, songs, legends and
folklore. Apart from the natural attractions of sanctuaries, gardens, lakes and
rivers, this region is rich with history and culture as well.
