Not a great beach destination
| Overview of the destinationWe had been to Kovalam for a 3 night stay in Oct-Nov 2008. There are 3 crescent shaped beaches separated by rocks. The hawa beach Food, sight-seeing and shopping Though there were a lot of eating places, choices for vegetarian food was limited. We took a trip into Trivandrum city to see the capital Activities & things to do There being nothing much to see, we went for long walks by the sea. We went to Trivandrum city to the famous Padmanabhaswamy temple, Napier Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc. The weather is moderate through out the year, though monsoon is not the best time of the year to be there.
