"Amarkantak is a holy place." new review

Amarkantak Experience: Though Amarkantak is a holy place but can be developed as a tourist spot. It has lot of places of interests with lakes river bodies and water falls; apart from temples. Lush green scenery big trees are part of its landscape.
Food, sight-seeing and shopping: Holiday home provides home like food. Prepared as per individuals choice. Sight seeing and trekking can be made tourist attraction of Amarkantak.
Activities & things to do: Sight seeing. Walking tracks are in plenty. Water falls greenery is in abundance.
Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc: Travel by train up to Pandra Road Station. From there tourist taxi & buses are there to Amarkantak which is just 38 Kms from Pandra Road.

"NARMADA DARSHAN" new review

Amarkantak Experience: It is a very good and pleasant area and the place of goddess. The narmada river is very beautiful and all other places are very attractive for me and my families.
Food, sight-seeing and shopping: Vegetarian food, normal, i have not found any favorite restaurant there. Religious place and there is no such shopping places.
Activities & things to do: Only activities to cover all religious places which i have done totally
Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc: From kolkata it is very easy to reach there by train, it is only one night journey from kolkata.

"best place"

Amarkantak Experience: Good atmosphere, sangam of vindhyachal & satpuda, birth place of Narmada river, good falls, this place is just like heaven peaceful.
Food, sight-seeing and shopping: Food is good & available, sight-seeing is good, shopping is in small base.
Activities & things to do: Not better chance
Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc: By railway, by road, from raipur, Bilaspur, Pendraroad (chhatisgruh) and also from m.p.

"AMARKANTAK TRIP"

Amarkantak Experience: Destination was good and enjoyable place, Location and mandir area also very nice and govt holiday home really good and provide good service also.
Food, sight-seeing and shopping: Food was good and destination was enjoyable the mandir also good

"Amarkantak - Jai Narmada with HOLIDAY HOMES"

Amarkantak Experience: Statying at Amarkantak was a pleasant experience for me while a trip on 14th and 15th Oct 2012. while staying at HOLIDAY HOMES we enjoyed an experience of RESORT in very economic price with a nice location, hotel campus, services, TENT House experience, DINNING Hall etc.
Food, sight-seeing and shopping: Very nice.
Activities & things to do: Since there is a nice campus of the Hotel with playing equipments and nice garden to do many activities. The market is on 200 mtrs of reach and NARMADA UDGAM on 400 mtr of reach.
Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc: Well connected with ROAD with nice site seeing in about 80 kms of ACHANAKMAR Forest and Tiger Reserve.

"A land of nature's gift"

Amarkantak Experience: although amarkantak is a very small place but god has given a lot of thigs here to see. kapildhara and dudhdhara are excellent waterfalls . at kapildhara water falls from a height of 40feet. son mudha is a plce t.o see beauty of this valley. temple and udgam sthal of narmada river is the key place of this destination. a huge jain temple is under construction.
Food, sight-seeing and shopping: although very few options are here for shopping. the restaurants serve only veg food here. kapildhara, dudh dhara, son mudha, narmada temple, ancient group of temples are must visit places.
Activities & things to do: just walk along the small streets of this town and enjoy frshness and beauty of satpura maikal mountain range. nearby is achanakmar tiger reserve.
Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc: from bilaspur 120km by road. from jabalpuur 140 km by road. nearst raiway station is pendra road on bilaspur- katni section.

"Must place to visit"

Amarkantak Experience: Near to the nature.Good experience to go by road, best time to visit is between October & March.
Food, sight-seeing and shopping: Most popular is Narmada temple but also kapil dhara is great to watch.
Activities & things to do: Bhog in Narmada temple
