"Beautiful experience" new review

Candolim Beach Experience: Staying in Goa would always be a very adventurous experience for those who love the sea. Goa seemed to me to be very nice and calm. It is a little costly as far as the means of transport is concerned.
Food, sight-seeing and shopping: The sea food and the dolphins should not be missed at any cost. Candolin beach is great in the evening.
Activities & things to do: Boating, para gliding and scooba diving in the month of November are the most memorable experiences of Goa.
Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc: It is always advisable to visit Goa in a tour package, otherwise for new comers it would prove to be very costly if they manage everything on their own.I had gone through Athithya tours and travels, Ahmedabad.

Candolim Beach Experience: Superb location with relaxed but safe atmosphere. has great beaches and good eateries. Respectable and sophisticated crowd of Indians and Foriegners on holidays. Candolim beach area gives me a feeling like I am on foreign location.
Food, sight-seeing and shopping: Great eateries with authentic goan as well as authentic and good spread of continental dishes. Can hang around at the local eateries till late midnight with fear for security.
Activities & things to do: Water sports, biking and just sightseeing or chilling on the picturesque beaches with great shacks to indulge in food and drinks. Away from rowdy crowds good for romantic couples and nuclear family outings.
Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc: Rs.400-500 by taxi/auto from Thivim Railyway Station takes around 45 minutes.

Candolim Beach Experience: Destination is laid back with beach round the corner. The walk takes you through the shacks which offer good food and drink. The sea food in the shacks is better and fresh than the food available in the hotels. Good spas are available which are a must to visit. Good music and relaxed environment makes it a good destination
Food, sight-seeing and shopping: back waters, sea during sunrise and sun set, fishing, boat ride is a must for everyone. Do try sea food apart from just the fish as this is the only place you will enjoy crabs, lobsters, prawns and squids.
Activities & things to do: Hire a vehicle on self drive and move around. Take a cool box full of snacks and drinks and stop in between to enjoy the sights of back waters , lakes and tributiries flowing through
Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc: please hire your own vehicle preferably a self drive. Do not travel during peak summer and even if you do , do not travel during day time. Take your medicines with you as the next medical shop might not be very close.

"Getting Crowded"

Candolim Beach Experience: It used to be one of the best beaches in goa. Over tourism has led to its deterioration.cannot complain on that grounds cause i m also one of the tourists. loads of shacks present now. typical goa beach no longer a secluded piece of heaven.
Food, sight-seeing and shopping: The beach.food was generally good at all places.
Activities & things to do: Take a dip and a little bit of watersports. early morning jogging on the beach is also fun. but do wear a pair of sneakers otherwise ur feet will have to answer for your over enthusiasm.
Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc: All the locals are very helpful and u can rent a bike/two wheeler at virtually every corner.

The Beach Capital of India, Goa, is a beautiful place with many historical and natural sightseeing destinations to attract tourists throughout the world. Candolim Beach, one of the popular beaches in Goa, offers wide opportunities for tourists.

The main attraction of this beach is Fort Aguada which was built by the Portuguese in 1612 to defend Goa from the Dutch. Tourists can climb up to the top of the fort to get a beautiful view of the Sinquerim Plateau. Among all the Goan Chapels, the most important chapel is the Chapel of Saint Lawrence, which is dedicated to St. Lawrence, a patron saint of sailors. Candolim Church, built in 1560 and remodelled in 1661, is another sightseeing retreat to the tourists.

Calangute Beach, Vagator Beach, Anjuna Beach, Baga Beach and Morjim Beach are some nearby beaches where tourists can engage themselves in fun activities. Tourists here can find flea markets selling products at a bargained price. Outdoor activities like fishing and numerous water sports can also be enjoyed at these beaches.

Nature lovers and bird lovers can visit Dr. Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary to see birds such as eagles, kites, kingfishers, egrets, parrots, cormorants and herons. Basilica de Bom Jesus is the most important attraction of Goa that houses tomb and mortal remains of St. Francis Xavier. Tourists can also visit Viceroy's Arch, The Secretariat and Reis Magos Fort.
