"Lovely Dalhousie"

Dalhousie Experience: I enjoyed delhousie very much on all my tour becauses there is good atmosphere, nature and hotels.

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: Good food for hygenic condition and khajire site are so good for rounding on hourse riding and taking photo with rabbit and peacefull atmosphere aat kalaghat also like.

Activities & things to do: No time we had to involve in many activities.

Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc: Vegeterian people will enjoy the food but non. Veg food are not good and cant take panipuri because so costly

"Another must visit Greenland in HP"

Dalhousie Experience: It is un-doubtable called as Greenland of Himachal Pradesh, small but so beautiful place. Must visit who loves Himalaya range, you will find real greenary of Himalaya., surrounded by lot of trees. Must visit place in March.

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: Food in Homestay was quite superb, must visit Khajjar, termed as Mini Switzerland, and Chamba, old Hindu temple. Journey between Dalhousie to Chamba via khajjr is really attractive, you can find lot of snow on the road, along with greenery, and between Khajjar to Chamba, the rocky Himalaya.

Activities & things to do: One day excursion and sight seeing, and take rest for at least 1 day in the lap of Greeny Himalaya.

Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc: People are very friendly as you find in entire Himachal Pradesh, it's totally opposite to J and K, anybody can travel safely till date

"Dalhousie in march"

Dalhousie Experience: Destination was not upto the mark, very small city with lesser places to visit, khajjiar was good but not as enjoyable as other city's were.

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: Food was superb, i loved it. the best food in my over all trip of shimla, manali, dalhousie.

Activities & things to do: Lot of activities were at hotel, like board games, gym, and the dance room, where we had party on last night, that was the best thing of visit at dalhousie.

Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc: Nothing at all, i don't recommend this place.

Dalhousie Experience: Dalhaouse is very best destination to relax and panoramic view of Dhaouladhar mountain range to watch different shades of this ranges from sunrise to sunset its picuturisc love to photography.

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: Khajjiyar , Chamba these are near by must see destinaions & shopping in tibetian market near MG Road is very affordable.

Activities & things to do: 5 Km walk to Punchpula is very refreshing & enjoyable.

Dalhousie Experience: dalhousie is very beautiful hill station. there is also nearby hillstation are khajjhiar & dharamshala. Sightseeing are very beautiful.

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: nearby on mall road restaurant are very good & reasonable. market is very much full of chinese items & local made items which are very reasonable & good for gift purpose.

Activities & things to do: keep some warm clothes, sports shoes for temples on hills .

"Dalhousie - a heaven on the earth"

Dalhousie Experience: Its a very beautiful place for every age group. You can spend at least four days here without getting bored and if you want to relax, this is the best place. You can also spend full day at khajjiar and dont forget to take sports kit there.

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: there are so many restaurants and they serve all foods type, like south indian, chinese, punjabi, italian, etc. for shopping there is a Tibbet Market in Dalhousie and also Mall road, take a walk and shop there.

Activities & things to do: outdoor sports, long walk and enjoy greenery.

Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc: you can reach there by train till Pathankot or Chakki Bank and take taxi, bus, mini bus. take warm cloths, weather is unpredictable so ready for thunderstorm, rain, etc.

Dalhousie Experience: Dalhousie is one of the most serene and peaceful hill stations I have ever visited. The breath of fresh air, the view of majestic mountains peaked with snow, the gentle coolness of the weather all added to my wonderful experience. Despite the fact that it does not boasts of many tourist spots, yet just a walk across the mall road or a trek up the panch pulla is stimulating and gives you a lingering memory of the summer capital. The open vast fields of Khajiyyar, surrounded by jungle of pine and fir trees are a treat for the eyes that have been seeing the city traffic.

Dalhousie Experience: Dalhousie is best in snow time. We went there in feb 13 and there was lot of snow around.it was a good experience.

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: Mall road is good for shopping.

Activities & things to do: Khaki air,snow point are good

Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc: Go by train till Pathankot and then take taxi. You need to bargain with taxi guys, otherwise they will charge a lot...

Dalhousie Experience: There is not much to roam around in Dalhousie. There is lots of stuff 1 can found on internet about how exciting the place is...but on contradiction there is not much in Dalhousie. Subash baoli and satdhara are just the names.there is absolutely nothing to see. Satdhara is place where you find few drops of water coming through a wall and subash baoli is beyond explanation, its just a old dirty place.the only attraction is the natural beauty of Dalhousie and some spots around Dalhousie like... Kalatop, khajjiar etc.

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: Food taste is average and in some places its good. Khatolu is the thing which u get specifically in Dalhousie like place and I must say it is worth buying. It comes in package of about 7-8 things and cost u upto 10k to 12 but the quality of the product made it worth buying.

Activities & things to do: Just the sight seeing and little shopping it u want to

Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc: Can be reach through car and buses like any other hilly area destination person with motion sickness will get problem reaching there.

Dalhousie Experience: destination is so good, natural scenery is so nice and weather is excellent,

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: no shopping but sight seeing is nice, khajiar is so nice place

Dalhousie Experience: Nice hill station.It was underdeveloped.Heavy rush of people in a small place.So not a ideal place to visit for peace.Go if you want to see a hill station just for the sake of hill station.

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: Just roam around to find an isolate place otherwise main point is full of people.

Activities & things to do: Relaxing!

Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc: From Delhi take a bus to Pathankot and form there take a HRTC bus from bus stand.Road journey is awesome though.

Dalhousie Experience: A quite peaceful place to forget all your tensions. Khajiar is in nearby spots which was called mini Switzerland in India.

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: Dont miss Tibetian market over there. Go for boating i forgot the name of the lake.

Activities & things to do: In evening enjoy at Gandhi Chowk and Subhash Chowk. There is a church also near Subhash chowk not to be missed.

Dalhousie Experience: at dalhousie there is a lot of sight seen but one of the best destination is mini Switzerland of himachal pradesh is khajiyar via paragliding and enjoy your moment naturals jut go and enjoy.

Dalhousie Experience: very silent and not very commercialized place, so you can enjoy true nature comfortable travelling . and for relaxing i suppose it is best place

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: food is excellent , Chamba is too good to visit again and again i think got popular because of shooting of Movie Taal . not much for shopping

Activities & things to do: In hotel they arrange camp fire, Disco they have private movie hall where hotel arrange private movie show. for me i think this can be a nice place for honey moon as well

Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc: additional one day is required for Amritsar, you wish to visit Amritsar Wagha border avoid Sunday and public holiday

Dalhousie Experience: Dalhousie is a good place to Every where you can feel the scenic beauty of Dalhousie. Small town with great climate. Perfect time to visit dalhousie is April Always keep warm cloth with you You never know when climate will change to shivering.

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: Overall food is ok Nothing special to eat or shop.

Activities & things to do: Visit khajjiar near to dalhousie (around 20-25km). Para gliding the most exciting activity is available there...

Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc: From Delhi you can take train to una. After reach to una visit chint purni mata, jawalji, chamunda maa in same day. Stay at Chamunda in the night. In morning start journey towards mc leodganj, dharamshala both destination is on same way to dalhousie. No need stay at both mcleodganj and dharamshala. Both place needs 2 hours respectively. Most important point before start journey to dalhousie keep warm cloth with you atleast one per person.

Dalhousie Experience: I found it a beautiful place and probably stayed for the longest period at one Hill station and plan to go again. Dalhousie is clubbed with Khajjiar and Chamba. Khajjiar has Mini Switzerland of India.The sprawling Lush green arena at Khajjiar keeps you engaged the whole day.

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: Dalhousie tread-able roads along the sight of valley spreads from Gandhi Chowk to Subash Chowk.

Activities & things to do: Nice place to stay atleast were busy with Snooker and Billiards

Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc: Fly to Amritsar and through pathankot to Dalhousie by cab or accessible by Cab. Also by Volvo
