This mountain place is the best one through the year as the peak will have snow even in the last period of summer . There is one drawback in places like Gulmarg and sonmarg. The local people who address themselves as guides and horse helpers are the culprits because of whom tourists don't think of going to Kashmir again as they overly charge the tourist and purposely them skip places if we negotiate them more . The most important thing one has to note while visiting Gulmarg is there is an option to avail the Gulmarg gandola cable car tickets with online booking at. Com/gondola_tickets. Php . . The price for horse ride to phase 1 is Rs1300/- round trip but atv bike is expensive at 4000/- per person If you don't get a online gondola ticket then you have to start your days horse ride to phase 2 by 8 am so that you reach there by 9:30. The counter opening time is at 10:30 but huge crowd will gather at that time. So better be on time to enjoy the ride .
