Jodhpur Experience: nice city with many historical monuents , people are nice & helpful , overall nice city to visit especially during winter

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: red chillies restaurant,Mac'D , Bhavani Restaurant for dal-baati Mehrangarh fort, Umaid bhavan palace Handicraft emporiums

Activities & things to do: Visiting monuments & shopping

Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc: Not recommended if you are not interested in historical places

Jodhpur Experience: Its a place of our gr8 Guruji Narayan Dutta shrimali , the food of Jodhpur is best in taste and nutrition too, The people of jodhpur are overall honest in nature

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: I already told that Food is best with Ghee and lassi , its dal bati is famous along with other namkeens. The palace of Maharaja ,Ford , Gardens are best site to see , Sadhana Kaksha of Dr. Narayan Dutta Shrimali is very cool and full of spiritual power and we literally felt the peace and power at sadhana house. There is good art of painting and traditional cloths but you have to bargain for price

Activities & things to do: Sadhana and site of fort and palace is best , there is also shopping store in palace ummid bhavan

Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc: Peoples of Jodhpur are honest overall but there is commissions offered to the taxi or rikshow drivers who too the tourist at any hotel

Jodhpur Experience: Historical city fun to see old palaces museum handicraft eateries specially the kachories and stuffed mirch pakoras and not to miss the laal maans.

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: Good sight seeing and good eateries.

Activities & things to do: Stroll in the market.

Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc: Best time between December to February. trains from delhi are comfortable.

"GREEN CITY Really GREEN"

Jodhpur Experience: Though a city of palaces common men can feel the warm welcome of rajasthani people. Road condition is very good . Moved through the narrow lane of green city and found no debris . Food is good .A good place for marketing specially jooti chappal.Plastic free zone .

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: Food in any hotel is good See Mehhenad and Amber palace.. Do have shopping in Naya bazar.

Activities & things to do: Visit all palaces. Do have marketing

Jodhpur Experience: Goods place, sweet persons as sweet of jodhpur are famous because of variety and range available there.

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: Variety of food available and is not be be missed like gypsy, shree ram Excellency and many more restaurants

Activities & things to do: Nothing special

"Royal stay in city of royal palaces"

Jodhpur Experience: Jodhpur is a place where you get the feeling of royal treatment everywhere. The restaurants, the sight seeing places, the dressing & the culture make you to feel the presence of royal entities even today.

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: Food is with pure rajasthani taste & the sight seeing places are outstanding. The shopping area is good with cheap shopping articles which will be in your budget.

Activities & things to do: Sight seeing with camel ride, horse ride will be a great fun

Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc: Jodhpur is connected to jaipur, ajmer by train as well as road route and there are lot of hotels within a distance of 2-3 kms from railway station..

"Had a great time"

Jodhpur Experience: My trip was good as expected. We ( four of us ) took time of our busy schedule to go to this wonderful place. we enjoyed a lot . we went to all the possible tourist location and trust me it was like awesome ...The place is so colorful, women's wearing all kinds of vibrant colors which made me feel so good . the place is so much rich in its own and the people are so much down to earth.

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: Till now i had heard lots about Rajasthani Cuisine and now it was the time to have those wonderful dishes which i have often heard of. And the food was mmm yummy..The main attraction for me was the fort wow it was so beautiful.. and for all those who loves desi wears , this is one place to be as m also a big desi desi clothng girl, so i had and bought a lots of desi stuff.

Activities & things to do: Activities my personal view , i dint find any activity or thing to do. but then all together we had lots of fun.

Jodhpur Experience: Good place worth visiting for learning Marwar history.

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: Just so-so. Ladies may like Bandhini sarees.

Activities & things to do: Mehrangarh fort, Umaid Bhawan

Jodhpur Experience: Jodhpur is very nice place to go. the jodhpur palace is the best place to visit here.a museum in side the palace told us very clearly the the old history.the collection of the cars of the king is fantastic

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: Please buy the leather things from the museum

Activities & things to do: Don't go jodhpur from may to October

Jodhpur Experience: Jodhpur is a nice place. The main attraction is the fort. At night, the fort looks awesome.

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: Some roof top restaurants are available near fort. German bakery is good inside the fort premises.

Activities & things to do: Visiting fort.

Jodhpur Experience: It's a nice destination. with a handful of monuments to visit.

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: Meharangarh Fort, Umaid Bhawan Palace, then a couple of places close to Meharangarh fort, names of which I am forgetting

Activities & things to do: Visit monuments..

Jodhpur Experience: Good place and hospitality of people. You can travel any distance by road without any hassle at any time. No trafiic. Cab drivers are trustworthy, reliable and helpful also. They respect visitors/ guests.

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: Excellent

Activities & things to do: Camel ride, Desert safari, tribal culture, dance during dinner.

"A city of palaces and forts"

Jodhpur Experience: Overall Satisfactory. The road conditions were good and so was the transport system which is very convenient for new comers to the city. Most importantly there are several hotels very conveniently located at a distance of 5 minutes from railway station. There are also utility shops throughout the city where anyone can spend quality time.

Jodhpur Experience: Good destination to visit. The city palace was amazing.

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: Guddu in the sardarpura market. another roof top restaurant behind ument bhavan palace.

Activities & things to do: Visit the umed bhavan palace and mehrangard fort.

Jodhpur Experience: This is one of the many cities of the Tourist heaven of Rajasthan.

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: The fort and the palace is a must see in every tourist's itinerary.

Activities & things to do: Do visit the Tambaku (tobacco) Bazaar and the scores of bazaars nearby. It is a shoppers treat. At the tobacco bazaar one gets very good variety of Mouth fresheners at very reasonable price.

Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc: Whilst visiting the Fort ensure that you avail the services of a guide else you will not enjoy the visit to the Fort.

Jodhpur Experience: Jodhpur is a very nice place to visit. Its palace is very very excellent with a very great collection of old cars.

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: The main attraction as per my experience in the wide collection of vintage cars like Rolls Royal with latest Mercedes models likely to get rented for a long drive.

Activities & things to do: Activities you can do at Jodhpur like desert safari, camping at desert with Rajasthani folk dance program.

Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc: There are so many ways to reach like train, bus or also by air.

Jodhpur Experience: Its a good palace to visit one of the best place in rajasthan, u can c tradition of rajasthan, place of kings, place of peace...

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: Good food, dal bhati churma is the best one, some traditional rajasthani dresses .

Activities & things to do: Visit the fort & see the beauty ..

Jodhpur Experience: Jodhpur is a beautiful city of rajasthan . It has the traditional buildings as well as people belive in rich tradition of india.

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: Priya restaurant is good food joint . The ghanta ghar area is good for local shopping .

Activities & things to do: Mehrangarh fort . Umedbhavan palace are good places to visit.

Jodhpur Experience: Good place for stay 2-3 days good city clean and very big city. One of the beat destination in rajasthan

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: Umed bhavan, fort and village safari is most important sight seeing in jodhapur. don't forget to try rajasthani thali

Activities & things to do: In our resort there is a good club house for entertaining. To do sight seeing and little shopping

"Best Tour Of Rajastan."

Jodhpur Experience: Jodhpur, Jaipur, jaisalmer, Mount Abu, Ajmeer and all other places of visits at Rajasthan was excellent. At Jaisalmer Camel ride and Sunset and Localities dance very good.

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: Food of course Rajasthan food was spicy. So mostly we were eating Roties and Dal. Curd was good. Shopping especially sweet shops were very good and tasty sweets were available.

Activities & things to do: Could not get time for activities but night camp fire localities cultural program mes were good.

Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc: Winters are heavy. Carry good Sweaters and Jackets. Try to engage taxi. Better to start from Delhi or from Jaipur as the center place for all directions. Better to travel in Feb/March.
