I'm driving to Pondy in a week or so. I've heard the roads are bad beyond Krishnagiri. Could anyone who has driven give me some feedback on which road they took, when, and the state of their spine, please??!!!

i'm nikhil a student age 22 yrs and planning to visit pondicherry with my friend who is a girl and my colleague also ,its would be nice if we could know some hotels cheap which would allow us to stay together to enjoy our holidays.its a christmas and a new year holiday.plzzz suggest some hotels which are cheap at an earliest to my mail!!!
