 need help - srinagar - leh - manali route

I have following plans for Delhi-Srinagar-Leh-Manali-Delhi:
Delhi jammu Srinagar kargil padum kargil leh hunder karu spangmik pangong tso - karzok tso moriri ts0 kar - sarchu keylong manali
I checked your forum and got a lot of helpful information and I am really thankful for that.
I have made a plan that I am going to share with you and I need few helps also regarding the tour.
I will leave start my journey with following things:
1. Bike puncture kit
2. Spare tube and spark-plug
3. Medic kit
4. Bike papers with 10 Xeroxes
5. Bike oil
6. Petrol
7. Brake n accelerator wire
8. Chain link
9. Rope
10. Fevi-quick
11. Etc etc
Also OWN TENT
..
Now most important thing, I have following concerns:
1. Where I can put tent and stay for a night without any permission or will I have to take permission to install tent and stay?
2. Which places I can purchase wood logs to burn?
3. To visit Padum, does u need permit?
4. If I take 1-2 pag of Bacardi, will it create issue on my health during journey?
5. My girlfriend is forcing to come along with me. Is possible to carry such a luggage and a girlfriend on same bike?
6. From kargil to leh route, there are 2 routes. Which route should I prefer towards leh on bike?
a. 1st route: kargil namika la lamayuru khaltse leh
b. 2nd route: kargil batalik dha goma hanu skurbuchan khaltse leh
7. If I go kargil sankoo ragdum padum, then is there any direct connected route for lamayuru or I will have to come back to kargil then move to lamayuru-leh?
8. I will carry one tent for myself. Which places I can stay in own tent and at which places I should/must stay in hotel? | | |

Cost of renting Innova / Tempo Traveller in J & K

We are 10 people visiting J & K in May13 for 10 days, would like to rent a vehicle ( Innova or Tempo Traveller) for our journey from Jammu to Pahalgam to Gulmarg to Srinagar to Sonmarg back to Srinagar. Pls suggest a suitable taxi agency who can rent us thew vehicle for these days, what are thew costs, is is per km or lumpsum? | | |
