Munnar Experience: Its really a wonderful destination.One can easily have a peaceful mind after having a hectic day to day life. Feel like staying there itself and not to come back to my home. It was a home away from home where i was completely relaxed.

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: Shopping and sightseeing was good. Although a bit expensive, but you can bargain if you have the ability to do. I was upset with the options offered for food.

Activities & things to do: Nothing to do, apart from shopping and sight seeing.

Munnar Experience: Munnar is a hill station; very good place to travel. There so many places to see. But we have to plan for three days. Within 3 days we can cover entire Munnar and Munnar sightseeing

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: Food - excellent Sightseening - more than 23 places are there to travel Shopping - we can shop; affordable

Activities & things to do: No activities. Proper plan required for Munnar trip

Munnar Experience: Munnar is a nice place to visit in Kerala. Its a good hill station so you can visit the place in summer and the view and the weather at the place is pleasant. Easily you can stay there for 2 days and visit different places as lake, garden, hill view and coffee gardens.

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: Local food is good. And there are north indian restaurants also available. Food there is nice.

Activities & things to do: There are a no. of things to do in Munnar. There is a lake and you can do boating as well. There is a nice flower garden to visit. The view of coffee plantation and hill view is very nice.

Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc: Its good if you have your own vehicle to go and visit different places there. Rented car also works fine if you reach Kochi and hire a cab from there.

Munnar Experience: One of the best tourist destinations in India. Green throughout the year. Nice roads.

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: Fish is really nice. Not many local restaurants. Matupetty dam and echo points can be skipped there is nothing really there.

Munnar Experience: Munnar is well located with good approach by road. Tea and spice gardens provide excellent view and add to the knowledge for children. Fresh aroma of tea leaves , hill view with clouds moving around and refreshing weather conditions are experiences worth remembering.

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: All variety of food of good quality are available. Visit to tea gardens, spice gardens, water falls, botanical gardens are worth visiting, One should stay in Munnar for about 3/4 days to explore the area.

Activities & things to do: Kathakally dance and Marshall art programmes in the evening are worth visiting. Ayurvadic massage is also one time experience.

Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc: April/ may/ august/ september are good to visit and enjoy/ relax at Munnar. Travell light and no special clothings are required.

Munnar Experience: Munnar is a lovely place, high up in the mountains, with lovely tea gardens. Excellent holiday destination!

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: Sight seeing is I would give full marks. Bracing and invigorating climate. Beautiful vistas, meadows, tea gardens. It is a photographer's delight! Shopping - not much. If you are going to Munnar for shopping will be a mistake. It is not meant to be. :-)

Activities & things to do: It's all mountains, valleys, deep gorges, water-falls, mainly sigt-seeing and little else.

Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc: We flew down to Kochi and then engaged a taxi. Taxis at COK airport have fixed fares to various places. If I remember right, we paid 2100/- (INR) for one-way trip to Munnar. You get a Tata Indica for that fare.

Munnar Experience: Good Place to visit with Family/ Couples. Beautiful Surroundings, Plenty of locations available for sight seeing. Plenty of resorts available for staying. But make proper arrangement for dinner as resorts will charge 400Rs/P.

Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc: if you are travelling from Mangalore, Kallada travels Bus service is the Best. Travel upto cochin, from there munnar is 4 hrs

Munnar Experience: Munnar surruoundings are really great. The local kathakali dance show was little disappointing though. The flower nursery is good. Elephant ride was satisfactory. The nearby dam is good.

Munnar Experience: Wonderful place to spend a peaceful and calm holiday, compared to the fast and pollution environment of Bangalore. Food at hotel was good

Activities & things to do: Some indoor games like table tennis and shuttle should be made available, except massage no other activities were available at the hotel

Munnar Experience: It's name Munnar -means junction of 3 rivers. It's best location to visit in kerla. You can see Tea Garden, Spice Plantation, Choco plants and greenery.Best season to visit Kerla is after Monsoon. You can enjoy waterfall.

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: Must eat Kerla parota, passion fruit.

Activities & things to do: Elephant Ride,Horse ride.

Munnar Experience: A wonderful place for the vacation. Beautiful tea gardens, no pollution, breathtaking clouds are sure to take you away from the real world.

Activities & things to do: Simply stroll on the mountains & enjoy the beauty

Munnar Experience: munnar is really a cool place to visit ,the tea plantations ,the small markt ,and the hills around you makes you feel awesome ,would not mind to go there again

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: food was nice ,only thing you dont get fish over there,,sightseeing is the best and shopping was nice

Munnar Experience: Munnar is good place to spend holidays. we can enjoy by sight seeing and shopping and full coffee plants. Mountain resort Dheshdhan is the best resort in munnar.

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: deshdhan hotel food is good, we can see good sight from resort rooms.

Munnar Experience: An awesome place for Honeymoon. Love the food and the places around and of course the weather just amazing

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: Few 4 star restaurants we went were really good with nice buffet options Adimali (Wholesale place for spices and cardamom) Cheyyappara waterfalls, Valara waterfalls. Viewpoint. Pallivasal. Attukal Waterfalls. Mattupetty direction, Photo point, Mattupetty Dam – Optional [15 Minutes Boat Drive in this Dam. Echo point (The natural Echo phenomenon is always happening here). Shooting point (Famous point where normally film shooting takes place). Kundale Lake (A super dam where we can go for shikara boating in the dam). Tea Museum (A place where u can see how they are processing tea-Like factory visit). Visit Blossom Park. Pothenmedu View Point.

Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc: Nearest rail head is at Angamaly or Alwaye, both are nearly 120 km away from Munnar. Angamaly is an important rail junction in Ernakulam – Trissur route and is well connected to all cities in India. Taxi from Angamali to Munnar costs about a minimum charge of Rs 2,500.

Munnar Experience: Nice place to visit munnar especially for Honeymoon couples. Awesome climate,Good locations like flower gardens, tea plant and wildlife sanctuary. Overall experience was too good and had a great time ever.. Thanks to all who made this trip as most memorable moments to us :)

Munnar Experience: Lovely cool climate more and more bends on hills to reach munnar. Fully tea estate covered town and lakes boating and more.

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: Very rare getin outside food .sight seeing wonder places .shopping only natural food products available

Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc: From cochin to munnar available buses. From theni(tamilnadu)to munnar bus and jeep transport available. From udumalapet(tamilnadu) to munnar buses.

Munnar Experience: its great destination. But in April it was hotter and there were no waterfalls. We went to National Park up to hills but as there was no waterfalls , it was bad experiene. Otherwise overall journey was amazing with great nature beauty .

Munnar Experience: Munnar is very beautiful place ever visit in my life . scenery water fall and tea garden are very amazing place accommodation is very nice and excellent.

Munnar Experience: munnar is the golden heaven nature, surrounded by green valleys, mountains, lakes, waterfalls, thilck green trees, bushes and passing clouds. Huge number of shops are available for purchase of good tea dusts, soaps and other natural ingredients, food materials.

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: Saravana bavan hotel, restaurants and shopping places around the hotel are very nice to stay and shopping.

Activities & things to do: It was nice and boost for energy to body and mind

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: Overall in Kerala food was good especially Karimeennnn Munnar-tea estate,Boat House etc
