I am getting married in the 3rd week of May' 09. I would like to go for a honeymoon to Andamans. We are actually 2 couples.
Previous visitors please guide me to a good hotel in Havelock, Port-Blair and any other place you recommend around Rs. 2500-3000 but not more.
Also guide me whether is it good to tour on ourself in that area?
Can anyone also tell that can ferries be booked in Current (at the time travelling) or i have to do booking a day ago? And how much are the normal ferry charges?
Have anyone been there in May-June period? I guess that is a monsoon period. Can anyone please suggest that is it good to go in that season. I am a bit afraid as its my 1rst honeymoon & I dont want to get it spoiled because of rains.
How much do the taxi's over take in fare? Anyother knowledge to be known, please do reply.
