The village houses many ancient temples and a church made by Brother Jogi Moses. The place has a very famous temple of Gayatri Mata, which is popular by the name of Gayatri Mandir. Apart from the attractions, there are many meditation centres in the region, like Achalananda Ashram, Kasi Visweswara Swamy Shrine and Manikeswaram.
