"The Golden Anchor, Paradip"

Paradip Experience: Paradip is a small port town in Orissa, about 90kms from Cuttack on the NH-6. It takes about 3hrs by road from Cuttack to reach Paradip. There are cars available on hire from Cuttack & Bhubaneswar.

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: Golden Anchor is the restaurant to check-in into at Paradip. Various specialty dishes of King prawns & Lobster is the star attraction

Activities & things to do: Not much sight-seeing, except a visit into the port area perhaps, which would require a permit from the Paradip Port Trust.

Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc: About 90kms from Cuttack by road, by hiring a tourist vehicle from Cuttack or Bhubaneswar.

Paradip Experience: Natural beach and peaceful locations, we can spend three days to enjoy

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: Beach paradip port canals, light house, steel plants and power plants

Activities & things to do: Business, job opportunities are more as paradip is developing city.

Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc: We have to know train timings and plan travel according it. Very few trains to reach katak main line railway station.

"Paradeep as a tourist place"

Paradip Experience: Paradeep is a good holiday spot for 2 nights with a beautiful beach, a marine aquarium,fishing harbor of course one of the largest port , Lord Jagannath Mandir and overall a clean town with star as well as budget hotels

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: Fabulous spot for fish eaters, Varieties of fresh fish available at cheaper price.

Activities & things to do: Day 1 -evening spend the time in beach - Day 2 - Visit port & other local sightseeing spots.

Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc: Connected well by trains & buses from Cuttack.Avoid only the rainy season with cyclone alerts,Grand Beach festival at the time of Kartick Purnima (Bali Yatra).
