 Trip to kanha | | We are planning a trip to Kanha in feb 2009. We plan to take the trip from raipur by car. We wanted to know the best way to go to the Mukki gate of Kanha national park by road. We are planning a 2 night 3 days stay there. Can anyone suggest any nice place to stay near Mukki gate? We have come across a few names like Royal tiger resort, Welcomheritage jungle lodge, Chitvan jungle lodge and Kanha safari lodge. Do we need to book ahead in time? If so how early should we book?

We are planning a trip to Kanha in March 2009.We will be taking a flight to Nagpur. I need some advice as to how to arrange for transport from Nagpur airport to Pench ( we will be stopping there for two days and then continuing on to Kanha ). I have heard that cabs are available at the Nagpur airport. Will it be easy to arrange for one ( there are six of us )? Also since we are going to Pench first would it be better to rent a vehicle for three days till we reach Kanha? We will be in Kanha for three days. Will it be easy to get a cab from Kanha to Nagpur airport? Or will it be better to keep the rented vehicle ( if available ) till we get back to the airport?
I would also appreciate it if anyone could give me an idea of the cab /rental vehicle fares from Nagpur to Kanha/Pench.
