Educational trip to Santiniketan | | I would like to organise an educational trip to Santiniketan. Ours is an undergraduate college affiliated to Mumbai University. We would like to arrange the trip between Oct 14 to Oct24, 2008. The group would be college students accompanied by their professors. We would like to get the best rates with facilities provided. Please reply soon so that railway bookings can be done.

Mumbai 400 057 | | Tour to Shantiniketan, West Bengal, India | | 1. My wife and I will be visiting Kolkata in the middle of November 2008. We plan to visit Shantiniketan, West Bengal at that time from Kolkata. But due to shortage of time, we would like to make a day-tour (one day) to Shantiniketan so that we can return to Kolkata the same day in the evening.
2. (a) What are the options (e.g.,train or bus/car facilities) available for the above journey, of course, at an affordable price? Whom should I contact and can I make the booking from overseas?
(b) Are Shatiniketan facilities open (to the public) for the tour at that time?
I would highly appreciate if you please advise me on the above questions.
Many thanks. | |
